REGISTRATION

Participants attending the conference must complete an online registration form at https://bit.ly/ECE2023_registration. Please review the information provided below before completing the online registration form. Should you require any assistance please contact the conference secretariat at ece2023@fke.utm.my.

Notice to Participant (Authors)

  • Payment can only be made after the paper submission is accepted.
  • There is no refund for cancellation.
  • Please choose the appropriate category before making payment and fill in the recipient remarks as

Receipt issuance will be addressed to the Name of Paying Author & Paper ID.

  • Please kindly proceed with registration through the link provided and upload a copy of the payment slip/proof (save/scanned in PDF).
  • Payment without registration is not valid.
  • If using the e-commerce method, please attach the transaction receipt with the paying author’s name on the receipt, which will be auto-generated by the UTM e-commerce system.

LOCAL PARTICIPANTS

 

For local participants, you may select one of the two (2) following methods to make fees payments:

 

UTM e-Commerce System (MEPS FPX & Credit Card)

e-Commerce in UTM Portal is a facility provided by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia for our clients to make payment online with or without bill through MEPS FPX and credit card facility.

Kindly make payment through https://ecommerce.utm.my/v3/ and follow the steps that can be found from the UTM e-Commerce Tutorial

Note: 

  • The UTM e-commerce system will auto generate an electronic receipt (soft copy)
  • The payer’s name will be the name on the receipt.
  • The UTM e-commerce payment method will be available from 1 May 2023 until 7 July 2023.
  1. Go to the UTM e-commerce Portal: https://ecommerce.utm.my/v3/
  2. Select Make Payment > Select Category ‘[08] CONFERENCE’ > Search for payment code according to your category (UTMxxxx)

  1. Choose the right category and make payment via debit/credit card.
  2. Download the transaction receipt that has the paying author’s name on it.

Bank Draft / Cheque

  1. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to BENDAHARI UTM
  2. Make a digital copy of the crossed bank draft/ cheque for the online registration purpose. Make sure the resolution of the copy is clearly visible.

For international participants, you may make the fee payment via Flywire and use the Conference Code: ECE2023.

Kindly make payment through  utm-conference.flywire.com and follow the steps that can be found from the Flywire Tutorial

 

  1. Go to the Flywire Portal: utm-conference.flywire.com
  2. Select Country or Region and Conference receives according to the fee structure above in Malaysia Ringgit.
  3. Select Preferred payment method (Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Online) > Provide the details of the person whose card/bank account will be used to pay
  4. Provide participant information and Conference Code ECE2023
  5. Review and confirm payment information > Make payment
  6. Download payment receipt
