Mathan N was born on Feb 09, 1989 in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu, India. He completed his Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E) in the year 2010 from Adhiparasakthi Engineering College, Affiliated to Anna Univerity, Tamilnadu. Master’s degree in VLSI Design from Sathyabama University in the year 2013. He is working as Assistant Professor in Department of ECE in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. He finished his Research Internship in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, Malaysia for a period of six months in 2018. His interested areas of research are Nano Electronics, VLSI Design, Low Power VLSI Design and Mixed Signal circuits. He has 100+ Research publications in National / International Journals /Conferences such as 45 in Scopus and 17 in Web of Science. He is a member of IEEE, UACEE, IAENG.
Dr. Mohsen Ashourian
Associate Professor, Islamic Azad University, Isfahan
Dr. Mohsen Ashourian is currently an associate professor in Isfahan Branch of Islamic Azad University in Iran. He received his first degree from Isfahan University of Technology, master from Sharif University of Technology in Iran, and PhD from University Technology Malaysia all in Electrical Engineering. He won the Islamic Development Bank post-doctorate scholarship in 2002 and spent six months in Broad band communication in Carleton, Canada. His areas of interest are signal processing applications in communication, multimedia signal processing and artificial intelligence. He published numerous papers in these areas in recognized journals and book chapters. He is a senior member of IEEE, and currently is the IEEE student branch coordinator of their university.
Prof. Dr. Heng-Ming Tai

Heng-Ming Tai is a Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Tulsa, OK, USA. His research interests are Power Systems Reliability, Power Electronics, and applications of Image/Signal Processing. He is a senior member of IEEE.
Prof. Fabrice Meriadeau
Professor, University of Bourgogne France
Fabrice Meriaudeau received the master’s degree in physics from Dijon University, Dijon, France, the Engineering degree (with Hons.) in material sciences, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in image processing from Dijon University, in 1997. He held a Postdoctoral position for a year with The Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA. From 2006 to 2010, he coordinated an Erasmus Mundus Master in the field of computer vision and robotics. From 2010 to 2012, he was the Vice President for International Affairs with the University of Burgundy, Dijon, France. From 2011 to 2016, he was the Director of the Le2i (UMR CNRS), France, which had more than 200 staff members. From 2017 to 2018, he was the Director of the Institute Health and Analytics, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS Malaysia. He is currently a Professeur des Universites with the University of Burgundy, Dijon, France, ImVia/IFTIM Research Group in medical imaging. He has authored or coauthored more than 160 international publications and holds three patents. His research interests include image processing for non-conventional imaging systems (UV, IR, and polarization) and more recently on medical/biomedical imaging.

Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Musa Mohd Mokji
Associate Professor, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
Dr. Musa Mohd Mokji is a researcher at the Digital Signal and Image Processing (DSIP) Research Group, School of Electrical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He was awarded a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from UTM, focusing on image processing applications in agriculture. His research interest includes signal and image processing, machine learning, Signal and Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Deep Learning, and Data Mining.
Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Michael Tan Loong Peng
Associate Professor, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
Michael Tan Loong Peng is an Associate Professor in the field of low dimensional nanoelectronics devices. He is the head of Computational Nanoelectronics (CoNE) Research Group, School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He obtained his PhD degree in July 2011 at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Engineer registered under the Engineering Council, United Kingdom. He is a lifetime corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), life member of the American Physical Society (APS) and senior member of IEEE (SMIEEE). He is a professional engineer with practising certificate and professional technologist. His research interests are in device modeling and circuit simulation of silicon and carbon-based nanotransistor.
Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Nasrul Humaimi Mahmood
Associate Professor, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
N.H. Mahmood received his B.Eng and M.Eng degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. His research areas are three-dimensional (3D) object reconstruction from multiple views, biomedical image processing, medical electronics, biomedical materials, and rehabilitation engineering. Since 1999, he is serving at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UTM. Within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, he teaches several courses related to his research and elementary to the electrical and electronics curriculum. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE) at School of Electrical Engineering.
Ir. Dr. Ab Al-Hadi Ab Rahman
Senior Lecturer, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
Ab Al-Hadi Ab Rahman obtained his Ph.D. degree from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland, M.Eng. degree from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. He has been actively involved in hardware and SoC design for ASIC and FPGA systems implementation for more than 18 years, mainly with applications in video coding and deep learning. He has authored and co-authored more than 60 journal and conference papers, with contributions to developing new design methodologies, automated tools, and techniques for high-performance and low-power systems. From 2018 to 2020, he was a research engineer at Mediatek Singapore, working on machine learning methodologies in physical design. He is also a senior member of IEEE, and holds the CEng certification from the IET, as well as the PEng certification from BEM. He is currently the head of the VLSI-Embedded Computing Architecture Design research group and serves as a senior lecturer at UTM, Johor.
